This covers the Narrow body and Wide body cars 1. Parts supplied are 2 Left and Right side mufflers, 2 Muffler Band Straps and 2 Left and Right side tips. 2. Safely jack up the car as per Porsche owner’s manual and always use jack stands. 3. Remove exhaust tips by removing clamps with 13mm socket and wrench and remove the same clamps that attach mufflers to catalytic converters so you do not damage the bumper valance when removing the mufflers. 4. Remove band straps/belt from each muffler and remove mufflers. 5. Re‐install new mufflers with supplied band straps and tips and then adjust everything into place and reverse the above procedures to get everything bolted back together. 993 Twin Turbo Muffler Bypass Pipes • 2 Ram horn style muffler bypass pipes R&L sides • 2 Fabspeed 993 TT Race cat Straps • 2 2.5” Fabspeed V‐Band clamps • 2 Zoomie Muffler Bypass tips R&L sides Note: system uses factory clamps @ Cats. 1. Remove factory muffler straps (2 total). 2. Remove factory clamps connecting mufflers to the catalytic converters. 3. Remove factory mufflers form the car. Install muffler bypass pipes to cats using the factory muffler connection clamps and snug up but don’t tighten completely until the pipes are adjusted and look good. Remove the factory O/2 sensors and factory catalytic converter straps to allow for cats to be removed. 2. Remove small bolts connecting heat shields to cats. 3. Remove clamps connecting mufflers to catalytic converters. 4. Remove nuts connecting Cats to turbo flanges. 5. Remove factory cats and Install the R/L inlet tubes with 4 bolt flanges to the turbo. 6. Install primary O/2 sensors. 7. Install the new 200 cell race cats to the inlet tubes with 2.75” V‐Bands. 8. Snug all connections but don’t tighten V‐Bands fully. 9. Place new band straps around the race cats and the stock bracket but leave loose. 10. Install outlet pipes with heat ducts and use 2.5” V‐Band clamps. 11. Connect mufflers the pipes using the factory clamps. 12. Make adjustments to the system and then tighten as you fine tune the fit.
